Tell us what you need help with and a few details about your matter. Our engine ranks verified consultants by specialisation, availability and language, and sends your request to the best fit — usually within 30 minutes. You are only ever assigned one responsible consultant at a time.

Fees are set by each consultant based on your matter and its complexity, and you approve the amount before any work begins. There are no subscriptions or hidden charges. See our pricing page for the common models.

Yes. Every consultant is a credentialed professional — a chartered accountant, lawyer or tax practitioner — verified before they can take clients on AdWisez.

You can meet online by video or phone, or in person where the consultant offers it. You book a time that suits you, and your consultant confirms it.

Your documents live on a private, access-controlled store and are only ever visible to you, your assigned consultant and platform administrators — never served publicly. See our privacy policy for details.

You pay online against a clear invoice — scan a UPI QR or, where enabled, pay by card or netbanking. Your consultant only starts once the fee is agreed, and you get a confirmation as soon as your payment is received.

Yes. Once your engagement is complete you can leave a 1–5 star rating and a short review. Reviews appear on the consultant's public profile to help other clients choose with confidence.

Yes. Mark your request as urgent when you book, and we prioritise matching you with an available expert.
