The terms that govern your use of AdWisez. Last updated July 2026.
1. The service
AdWisez is a platform that matches clients with independent legal and tax consultants and provides tools to communicate, share documents, schedule appointments and handle invoicing. AdWisez facilitates these connections; it does not itself provide legal or tax advice.
2. Consultants are independent
Consultants on AdWisez are independent professionals, not our employees. The professional advice you receive is provided by your consultant, who is responsible for it. Any engagement, fee and scope of work is agreed directly between you and your consultant.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are set by your consultant and shown to you before work begins. Invoices raised through the platform reflect the agreed amount. Taxes apply as required by law.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use AdWisez to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malicious content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform. We may remove content or suspend access for violations.
6. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, AdWisez is not liable for the professional advice provided by consultants or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
