• Matter details — the information you share about your legal or tax need so we can match and serve you.
• Documents — files you upload in connection with your matter.
• Usage data — basic technical logs (IP address, browser) used to keep the service secure.

How we use it

We use your information to match you with a suitable consultant, to enable the two of you to communicate and exchange documents, to raise and record invoices, to keep the platform secure, and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who can see your information

Your matter details and documents are visible only to you, the consultant assigned to you through an active engagement, and platform administrators who support the service. Documents are held on a private, access-controlled store and are never served publicly. When an engagement ends, access is revoked.

Security

We protect access with authentication, role-based authorisation, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and access controls that tie every document and conversation to an active engagement. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to industry-standard safeguards.

Your choices

You can access and update your account information at any time from your dashboard, and you can ask us to correct or delete personal information subject to our legal and record-keeping obligations. To make a request, contact us.
